Project Overview

The tasks of the Coordinator include: monitoring the project, acting as the official, contact with the European Commission, chairing the Supervisory Board.

Supervisory Board	Project Management Team
The Supervisory Board is composed of leading staff representatives from all eight institutions. The Board is responsible for the coordination of the deliverables. This includes assessment of progress reports, maintenance of work plans, and conflict resolution.	The Project Management Team is located at TU Ilmenau (Ilm). The Team will support the Coordinator and take responsibility for the technical, financial and administrative management on a day-to-day basis.

The Work Package Leaders will monitor progress within the Work Packages (WP). They are responsible for the research direction within the WP and for the timely delivery of results.
